“ Been here a few times now, but the crowd on last Saturday night was surprisingly small, and there were even babies at 11pm here. I came quite late at around 9 with a hungry tummy, and tried their beef in Connors out this time round. It is something similar to a beef stew, cooked with Connors Stout in there, and served with baguette on the side. I would have preferred the baguette to be buttered and crispier, but it was served warm, so it was fine. They have some beer selections here, but I wouldn't say that it's extensive. Happy hours end at 8pm here, which is pretty early, and while their prices for beers here are fair, you can of course always find better deals around town. But, again you come to a place for many reasons that you like them, and prices could usually be only one of many reasons. Parking at TTDI aren't always without a challenge, so you gotta try your luck as usual. One thing though - waiters were not especially attentive, even though the crowd was really small that night. We had to spend some time to get his attention, which is what I could only say as 'he could do better'. ”
“ There isn't a lot of places in KL that is dog friendly so thumbs up for making this place a dog friendly one. On week nights, you'll surely see their owners bringing their lovely dogs big or small to dine together at this place. The pork burger here is easily the top seller and this is also a good place to just sit and have a drink. The outlet isn't big so do go early if you plan to go in big groups. ”
“ Tom, Dick and Harry's at TTDI is way more fun than the pavilion outlet. I say this because the TTDI outlet is pet friendly! Also during their weekend breakfast, they allow you to help yourself to as much juice, coffee or tea. However, the Pavilion outlet only allows one juice, and you have to ask for refills of coffee and tea, its not self service. This outlet is also easier to access cause you can just park across the road and walk over whereas in pavilion you need to park in the mall parking. I personally think service at Pavilion is better as the TTDI outlet only had one staff running around during weekend brunch hour and i found that a little weird cause there were many patrons there that day which then resulted in slow service. Food quality is about the same but i think the scrambled eggs and bacon taste better at this outlet. ”
“ One of the best bars in TTDI. It's located a few doors away from Maybank, a few doors away from Artisan Coffee. TDH has built a reputation for having a wide range of beer tapped and bottled, not to mention good pub grub. I had the mushroom soup. It was served with a slice of freshly toasted garlic bread. It was not up to standard, mediocre at best as it was slightly watered down. The dish that really got me excited was the fried pork knuckles which had to be pre-ordered and are usually reserved for the regulars. The serving was huge and was enough to feed 4 people. The meat was tender and the skin all so crispy, topped off with brown sauce which really brought the whole dish together. The beer here is not too expensive and is not watered down. Parking in the area is an issue, so I'd recommend parking a bit further away and walk over to avoid wasting time looking for a spot near the pub. ”
“ TDH may be a neighbourhood pub but the place is packed with both locals around the area and outsiders like me. Street parking may be a little difficult to find especially on friday and saturday nights so its best to carpool or take your chances. This isn't a place you go to sip wine and enjoy jazz music as it is actually quite noisy with loud pop music blaring from the speakers. They also have a dog friendly policy here which is sweet as I've spotted dog owners bringing their dogs over for a pint as well. Drinks selection is quite standard as I always go for a Hoegaarden or cider but I noticed there isn't any Tiger beer on the menu which was a little strange. There is also quite a wide selection of food including pork. My favourite snack is the porky fries, large strips of luncheon meat deep fried and goes well with beer. There's also a sinful fried mars bar dessert which is quite popular. It may be hard to get a table after 10pm on popular nights as the place is usually packed with regulars. Service is friendly and efficient and they screen major live football or badminton matches. ”
